We are an oil and gas operator, a proven team with a track record of delivering exceptional returns through turbulent commodity cycles
We are creating a long-term, sustainable business by relying on our technical, operational, and commercial expertise to identify, acquire, and operate developed oil and gas assets
Strategy
Our Vision
Founded in 2020, FourPass Energy is a privately held upstream oil and gas operator consisting of a proven team of second- and third-generation oil and gas professionals. We built this organization to acquire and operate large-scale, oil-weighted, producing oil and gas assets.
Our Opportunity
We believe the market opportunity is immense, given the current rate of change in our industry. We will pursue assets from operators who are experiencing generational turnover, optimizing their portfolio, cleaning up their balance sheet, or other special circumstances. Our sizeable equity commitment as well as our flexibility and creativity when structuring transactions are key differentiators in our acquisition process.
Our Approach
We take pride in our rigorous and responsible underwriting process, certainty to close transactions, efficient integration of assets, and ability to apply our low-cost operations safely and responsibly in the communities and environments where we work. Our investors are aligned with our strategy, which requires a long-term investment horizon to weather commodity price cycles, a large-scale asset base to realize cost efficiencies, a lean team to keep G&A low, and a flexible mandate to capture margin across the value chain.
